Accommodation fees for September 2025 session
Compare the fees for different types of University accommodation

Prices include all utility bills, Wi-Fi internet, 24-security and maintenance, personal belongings insurance and Reslife assistance and welfare support. A calendar of activities, events and trips are also included.
Compare fees
Standard contract dates last for 39 weeks, from 13 September 2025 to 13 June 2026. Alternative contract dates are available for some accommodation.
Advanced rental payment is due when you book:
- Undergraduate and exchange students: £300
- Postgraduate students: £1000
Remainder of fees due by the end of September 2025 or you can set up instalment payments through My Balance after you arrive.

Alternative contract dates
Postgraduate accommodation
Heathfield flats contract dates:
- Semester 1 only
- contracts of 17 weeks from 13 September 2025 to 10 January 2026 are available.
- the cost is the weekly cost from the table above x 17 weeks
- 50-week contracts available from 13 September 2025 to 28 August 2026
- the cost is the weekly cost from the table above x 50 weeks
- PGDE students are eligible to apply for a 43-week contract from 16 August 2025 to 13 June 2026
- the cost is the weekly cost from the table above x 43 weeks
Nursing accommodation
Seabraes Court 1-32 and Seabraes Court 33-64 contract dates:
- 44-week contracts are available from 13 September 2025 to 18 July 2026
- the cost is the weekly cost from the table above x 44 weeks
Exchange students
Single-semester exchange program contract dates are available at Seabraes Court 1-32, Seabraes Court 33-64, and Heathfield Flats.
Semester 1-only:
- 17-week contracts are available from 13 September 2025 to 10 January 2026
- the cost is the weekly cost from the table above x 17 weeks
