Neurodiversity, Masking, and Mockumentaries: Practice-Based Character Writing and Trash Performance

Georgia is a multi-disciplinary artist and researcher with a specific interest in productions of camp. Georgia’s practice moves between monologue writing, live art, sculpture, and printmaking. In her research, Georgia analyses film and performance theories, focusing on mockumentary-based media and studies of parody. Via a Neurodiverse field of enquiry, Georgia assesses what it means to ‘mask’ and how such experiences can be paradoxically comedic.
