Find your flow and feel good with our Welcome Week Pop-Up Pilates session! Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned pro, this class is designed to suit all levels. Using a mix of equipment and bodyweight exercises, you’ll strengthen your core, improve posture, and leave feeling refreshed and energised. No experience needed, just bring yourself and give it a go!
We recommend wearing something you will be comfortable moving about in, suitable trainers, a bottle of water and possibly a towel. Our instructors will make sure you are warmed up and comfortable with the movements in the session before it gets going.
