Book your applicant interview on My Applications

When you are invited to attend an applicant interview, you need to select a date and time to attend

  1. Sign into eVision
    Your login details were sent to you in your acknowledgement email. Can’t log into your account or a system?
  2. Select the correct course and entry year, then go to ‘My Applications’
    If you’ve applied to multiple courses or studied with us before, you’ll need to select your correct application at the bottom of the screen. 
    You’ll find ‘My Applications’ under ‘Information’ in the menu at the top of the screen.
  3. Search for your ‘Tasks’
    You will see this list on the left of the screen on desktop and towards the top of the screen on mobile. This is where you will find your interview booking task.
  4. Click or tap on the red action button to Accept or Respond to your interview invitation
    On desktop, you might need to click the right arrow button to reveal this option.
  5. Select a suitable date for your interview
    There may only be one option showing, which means this is the only available interview slot. If there are no options showing, or zero spaces left, please contact us. Click or tap ‘select’.
  6. Select Time slot
    Please select your desired time for interview, and confirm your attendance. When you are ready, click or tap ‘Next’.
  7. Tell us how we can support you
    If you have a disability, or have any mobility or accessibility requirements, please let us know how we can support you. Click or tap ‘continue’.
  8. Click ‘Return to Portal’
    Your interview booking should now be available under ‘Upcoming Events’.  If you have any questions please do get in touch with us.
