Scan or copy using a University printer

Staff and students can use our HP multifunction devices (printer and scanner) to scan and copy documents

Our HP multifunction printers let you scan documents to OneDrive, or create a paper copy.

Students can use the devices in Library locations. Scanning to OneDrive is free, student copying will be charged at standard My Print prices.

Scan a document to OneDrive

  1. Hold your staff / student ID card against the reader to sign in
    • If you had previously used Pay2Print you will need to re-register your card on the new printers
  2. On the touchscreen, tap Scan
  3. Put your document on the glass, or in the document feeder
  4. Press Start
  5. Scanned pages will appear in your OneDrive/Apps/Scans for PaperCut MF folder
First time scanning?

The first time you use the Scan to OneDrive feature you need to authenticate your OneDrive account.

  • Check your email for an email from Scans for PaperCut MF
  • Follow instructions to Authenticate with OneDrive
  • Any pages you scanned in the past 24 hours will appear in your OneDrive/Apps/Scans for PaperCut MF folder
