How to view your timetable

If you are a student you should use eVision or the University of Dundee app to access your personalised timetable. Personalised timetables will display:

  • the date, time, and venue of on-campus / in-person teaching activities.
  • the date and time of any online live (“synchronous”) activities

Personal timetables will not display:

  • online recorded (“asynchronous”) teaching activities in Blackboard. Your School will advise you separately of these.

The online timetables can also be used to view non-personalised Module, Programme and Location timetables (log-in required).

Off-campus access

You must use the university VPN to access the online timetables and your personal eVision timetable when off campus.

If you have a username that doesn’t include your ID number (students) or end with a number (staff), make sure you enter it correctly.
