Strategic leadership is about guiding an organisation toward long-term success. This is done by combining vision, adaptability, and influence.

Strategic change is all about steering an organisation in a new direction. This allows businesses to better align with long-term goals and market shifts, or internal challenges. It’s not just about tweaking things here and there—it’s more like plotting a bold new course.

In this module you will master the art of strategic leadership and change. You will learn how to introduce effective strategy implementations and change management.

By the end of this module you will be able to :

• evaluate models of leadership for a variety of organisational types ,
• deconstruct the reasons for resistance to change and the means of managing these
• analyse the impact of change on organisations and employees, and its implication for managers and leaders
• implement and justify the use of leadership, followership, organisational development and change implementation tools,
• critically appraise the barriers and challenges offered in specific business environments for change
• communicate in an appropriate manner and generate an analytical practice-based report
