Personal Injury (PI) refers to physical, emotional, or psychological harm inflicted on an individual due to accidents, negligence, or intentional actions of others. It encompasses many cases such as car accidents, medical malpractice, and slip-and-fall incidents. Legal claims seek compensation for damages and suffering caused by such injuries.
This module looks at how potential PI claims can be properly investigated to assess liability, quantum, and prospects of success.
