Reimagining Urban Water through Regenerative Technologies

"Reimagining Urban Water through Regenerative Technologies" is a pioneering project that addresses the critical challenges of diminishing water resources, increased urbanisation and the impacts of climate change in urban environments.

By developing innovative water regeneration solutions, this project seeks to transform how cities manage their water resources to make them resilient.

Through collaborations with key stakeholders, the project aims to develop and pilot a framework that integrates new regenerative technologies and innovations and evaluate their effectiveness through hydrological and ecological modelling techniques.

This framework will be designed to align with key regional environmental policies and will aim to advance nature-positive urban water management practices. The tested technologies and framework will aim to promote enhanced water quality, sustainable urban growth, and the creation of enhanced ecosystems when incorporated on a larger scale.

Such an initiative will target the setting of new standards for adopting integrated regenerative technologies in urban water management.
