Day one

  • Camera and scope manipulation
  • Abdominal access and port closure
  • Insufflation
  • Ergonomics
  • Sharp and blunt dissection
  • Clip application
  • Safe use of electrosurgery
  • Understanding and safe use of advanced surgical energy devices
  • Application of endoloop
  • Tissue extraction
  • Diagnostic laparoscopy

Day two

  • Laparoscopic suturing
  • Laparoscopic appendicectomy
  • Avoiding errors and complications during laparoscopic cholecystectomy
  • Laparoscopic cholecystectomy
