At the 53rd Canadian Bureau for International Education (CBIE) conference in Ottawa, Professor Susan Kinnear (School of Business) delivered a presentation that captivated over 1,300 international education professionals. The session focussed on language assessment literacy, tackled a pressing issue: the divide among university staff regarding English language test satisfaction.
