Hi, are you currently choosing what to do?
I study Law at the University of Dundee and some of my friends have some tips for you. Come with me.
Dundee's got a very, very good reputation.
Everything's within walking distance. I can get to where I want to be within 5 to 10 minutes.
Dundee's a really nice, homely city and it's just easy to get by to like everywhere and everyone's really nice and friendly.
Yeah, campus resources are really great. I love the library and yeah, it's just a good place to study.
I think after graduation I plan on pursuing a career in the UK. I hope to practice, ideally commercially, obligations, property.
You don't have to have a clear view of what you want to do after you graduate, just go with what you like.
There's so many things you can do and there's so many opportunities to take advantage of. So, if you manage your time, you can both study and enjoy leisure activities because there's so many fun things to do on campus and around the university.
Spend as much time as you can in the library because there's no way around the law, you need to like read and to like immerse yourself in the material.
Also, there's so much to do. There's like join societies, join clubs, meet people, expand your knowledge.
The Law Society here at University of Dundee I think is a really good society, really helpful and they have great networking events so I would definitely recommend joining that.
I have recently just joined the Mooting Society and I've just completed, well, I've just passed the first round of the internals and I'm loving it so far.
