Ways to relax during exams

To relax during exam season, I usually take my friends out for coffee dates and explore new places.

When I'm trying to relax during exams, I go to the gym.

It really helps relieve stress and takes my mind off of work.

Exercise has also been proven to increase cognitive ability.

In my free time, I like to turn my fairy lights on and cosy up with a book.

I find that romance and fantasy specifically take my mind off the stress.

One thing I do during exams to relax is to take a short walk as it helps me clear my mind and relieves stress.

This allows me to get back to work feeling all refreshed and motivated.
