"Dundee felt welcoming compared to other universities that I visited. It felt like the staff truly cared about the students and they wanted them to succeed and were willing to help make sure this happened.
"I really liked that it was a campus uni within a city. This gave you the flexibility of being at uni but in the city. Quite a few unis I visited felt very spread out and as someone who was apprehensive about the next stage, this was the perfect environment for me!"
Craig, History and Politics MA (Hons)
"Dundee stood out to me due to both the quality of teaching provided and the vibrant social scene in the city. The number of accreditations from professional organisations was also a major selling point and is testament to the quality of teaching at Dundee."
Cameron, Finance BFin (Hons)
"The best things about the University of Dundee includes the vibrant student life, with loads of societies and clubs to join - there's a club for everyone, although I recommend DUSSC [Dundee Uni Ski and Snowboard Club]!"
Dean, International Finance BIFin (Hons)
"Because it is a comparatively small city, Dundee is constantly busy all year round. On a summer morning, the city is beautiful, and there is a lot to see and discover.
"My favourite Dundee experiences included a picnic in Magdalen Park, hurried breakfasts before lectures at Gallery 48 [a tapas restaurant], and fun events organised by the Student Union and various student societies."
Hassan, Commercial Law LLM
