Project Management Teams module (CE51037)

This interactive module allows you to explore managing a project team. It will include how we work in teams, how to lead a team, and how to make a successful project team.

You will discuss team performance in group exercises and activities. Case studies from a range of industries will be used to examine their successes and failures. The case studies will also illustrate how project management skills are transferable.
