Nursing & Health MSc

This masters course is designed for registered nurses from all specialties. It offers a supportive, international learning environment. You will learn alongside nurses from around the world who are at various stages of their careers. You will develop your awareness of different cultural approaches and ways of working.
Studying the MSc Nursing & Health means you will gain an excellent grounding in the UK’s four Pillars of Practice:
- clinical practice
- education
- leadership
- research and development
You will consider the challenges and opportunities associated with nursing practice. There will be many opportunities to discuss and debate. This will cover contemporary issues and the evidence base. You will discuss these topics with fellow nurses, lecturers, other student groups, and topic experts. This will done during lectures, tutorials, and other timetabled sessions.
You may have the option of completing a two-week observational workplace experience. This will take place in a healthcare environment.
This can provide first-hand insight into how healthcare is provided in the UK. It is intended to support dissertation development.
