This module will support you in exploring your career journey and reflecting on why you came into the health profession.

You will be encouraged to think about the values that underpin your practice, the personal influences and contexts which shape these, and explore strategies for ongoing professional development.

This module will develop your knowledge and confidence in finding, appraising, and applying evidence to practice.

You will also develop the knowledge and skills to critically analyse each step of the research process and debate the potential for research to influence practice.

Module code: PN50144 Credits: 30 Semester: Semester 2

This module is designed to develop your knowledge, skills, and values in relation to professional education. It will support you in gaining a critical understanding of educational theories and concepts, and how they can be applied across professional contexts with different kinds of learners.
