The knowledge you will gain from this course will be beneficial to those who wish to apply for a professional doctorate in clinical psychology or other applied psychological practice.

It also allows you to go on to jobs in the mental health or related sectors such as:

  • assistant psychologist
  • health and wellbeing practitioner
  • advisers in educational, social work, or third-sector settings

It will also further your career if you are already working in settings with people with mental health needs. Other students use the research training of this course to progress to PhD research.
