Module code: LW50102 Credits: 10 Semester: Both Semester 1 and 2

This module explores the practice of residential conveyancing in Scotland. It covers purchase, sales, the creation of heritable securities, and residential leasing. The focus of this module is on residential property. There is also an additional element of commercial conveyancing.

You will explore the nature of digital evidence in the criminal justice and civil litigation systems.

You will look at:

  • where digital evidence can be found
  • how it can be reliably analysed, interpreted, and presented
  • what it can and cannot tell us
  • its vulnerabilities, and the challenges surrounding the field
