Research and Innovation Services commercial contains two teams: IP and Commercialisation, and Contracts.
IP and Commercialisation
The IP&C team offers a variety of services from business development, market assessment, industry partnering and IP protection all the way to licensing and company creation.
Contracts
The Contracts team coordinate entire contract transactions, both reviewing and set up new Agreements, negotiating appropriate terms, managing risk, and arranging the relevant signatures from authorised signatories.
