Our TRE, Your workspace
We work with you to create a TRE workspace tailored to your project’s needs. During early project meetings, we will discuss your requirements to determine the infrastructure and tools necessary for your research.
Your TRE workspace can run on Ubuntu or Windows operating systems and typically includes:
- Data analysis software: R, Python, Visual Studio Code
- Open-source software: R Studio, PyCharm, LibreOffice, Jupyter Lab
- Database management: SQL server
If you need something else, we can review and install additional software (license permitting) to meet your needs. Please note that high performance computing (HPC) and graphic processing units (GPUs) are also available. Lastly, you will have access to restricted package repositories, allowing you to install your own software securely.
