Health and Fitness Assessment

You can find out about your health and fitness. 

You can also get some advice on your physical activity habits.

Our Health and Fitness Assessment is conducted by Callum, a friendly and highly experienced consultant. With his expertise, he will provide a comprehensive evaluation of your health and fitness, guiding you towards the most effective physical activity for your needs.

The assessment is thorough, covering key health and fitness indicators such as 

  • blood pressure
  • resting heart rate
  • cholesterol
  • glucose
  • height
  • body mass
  • body fat percentage
  • waist circumference
  • aerobic fitness
  • strength
  • flexibility

Following this, Callum will discuss your results and advise you on an appropriate pathway to ensure you get the most out of your chosen physical activity.

Your individualised report will be emailed to you following your appointment.

Health and Fitness assessments last 60 minutes and are delivered on 

  • Monday at 17:30
  • Wednesday at 12:30
  • Thursday at 18:30
