Cancelling your membership

If you wish to cancel your Direct Debit (DD) or Recurring Card Payment (RCP) membership, please complete the form below. We aim to respond to your cancellation request within 72 hours.

We require 1 month notice of cancellation. If you are cancelling a Direct Debit membership and we receive your request on or after the 17th of the month, one final payment will still be processed the following month.
